This page says what happens to your information when you visit firmbow.com or get in touch with Firm Bow LLC (“Firm Bow”, “we”). It covers this site and our contact with you, nothing more.
Nothing you type. The site has no forms and no accounts, and sets no cookies of its own.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how the site is used. It doesn’t use cookies. It gives us aggregate visit data, such as how many times a page was viewed, not a record of you. Its script loads from Cloudflare.
The site’s fonts load from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, Google receives your IP address, and Google’s privacy policy applies to that.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, its servers receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads. If we send you a private page, Cloudflare checks your email address with a one-time code before it opens and keeps a record of that sign-in.
The “Find your first arrow” buttons open a booking page run by Calendly. What you enter there goes to Calendly and to us, and Calendly’s own privacy policy applies.
If you email karn@firmbow.com, we receive your address and what you write. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of our conversation.
Firm Bow calls and texts business contacts from its business line, to reply and to schedule calls. We use your number only for that. We never sell mobile numbers or share them with anyone for marketing, and we don’t share text-message opt-in data or consent with third parties. The texting terms are in our Terms.
