These terms cover your use of firmbow.com and text messages from Firm Bow LLC (“Firm Bow”, “we”). By using the site, you agree to them.

Using the site

The site describes Firm Bow’s work. You’re welcome to read it, link to it and book a call through it. Please don’t copy its text, design or marks for your own use without asking us first.

Nothing on the site is an offer or a contract. An engagement starts only with a signed agreement.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is and can’t promise it will always be complete or online. Links to other sites, such as Calendly, take you to services we don’t run, and their own terms apply there.

Text messages

• Who texts you: Firm Bow LLC, from its business line. Each text names Karn and Firm Bow in its first words.
• Why: to reply to you and to schedule calls with business contacts.
• How often: it varies with the conversation.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Delivery: carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• To stop: reply STOP at any time.
• For help: reply HELP, or email karn@firmbow.com.
• Your number: mobile numbers are never sold or shared for marketing. Our Privacy Policy says more.
